I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The beds were very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the space clean.

Great place to stay! Price is amazing, location is right by downtown Brockville main street, lots of parking and clean rooms. The free breakfast was great (photo attached), can have waffles, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, coffee and tea. Outdoor pool out front, didn't use as is closed for the winter but great place to visit in summer for sure.
Super quiet place. Room and bathroom were clean and beds were comfortable. Just a few mins away from downtown brockville. They have a laundry room and vending machines. Breakfast is early 6:30-9:30am.
A little dated outside, rooms renovated inside. Great location, 5 min from downtown/waterfront. Great value - It was $60 a night cheaper than comparable hotels in town Breakfast was good - remember a continental style, with no bacon/sausage/scrambled eggs. there was hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, waffle makers, fruit with coffee/tea/juices.
Hidden gem. Extremely clean, very well managed. Bed was amazingly comfortable and pillows were perfect! Room was small and dated but for our needs very adequate. Breakfast is basic but more than enough to start you off with some nourishment. Pool is clean and warm, towels are provided. Very happy with our stay.
Well, definitely this is not the best hotel in the city, but given the price, I would say it worth it. Furniture is old, but room is clean. Smells a little bit like in old rooms. Bedding clean and good quality. Mattress and bed are good. Breakfast is worth the cost of the room.
I’m not sure how this place is averaging 3 stars because this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a while. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, the shower actually has water pressure, breakfast is simple but good (waffles, toast, cereal, etc), parking is great, neighbourhood feels nice and the price was awesome. We will definitely be staying here in the future, I would even consider going a bit out of my way on a road trip to stay here again.
